New Madhuvan is a Krishna conscious farm community based near Aheloy, Burgas Region, Bulgaria. In this policy "we", "our" and "New Madhuvan" refer to the community and the volunteers who maintain this website. You can reach us at nitai.candra.sda@gmail.com or on +359 88 689 3534.

We only collect information you choose to send us:

• Contact requests — name, email address, phone number and message content when you write or call us.
• Donations — bank transfer details visible to us as the recipient. We do not process card payments on this website.
• Basic analytics — anonymous statistics such as pages visited, collected only to help us improve the site.

We use personal information only to reply to your questions, coordinate your visit or service, issue confirmations and receipts, and keep basic donor records as required by Bulgarian accounting law. We never sell, rent or trade personal information.

Contact messages are stored in our email accounts. Donation records are kept in the community's internal bookkeeping. Access is limited to a small number of trusted volunteers with a direct need to see the data. We keep information only for as long as it is needed, and delete it on request.
